Women's Winter Aerobics
Wednesdays 9:30-10:30am (through April 14, 2010) Instructor: Clare Smith Cost: $2 per session
(Tennis shoes, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle always needed at each class)  | Fitness Fusion This class is designed to maximize your busy schedule with a mix of cardio, weight training, and core work. Designed to burn body fat quickly, the interval training method will keep you moving throughout the 60-minute period. Cardio will consist of basic floor aerobics, kickboxing, and movements with the fitness ball. Weight training and Pilates will be incorporated into the hour as well so you’ll have a full body workout. All ages and fitness levels are invited as there are modifications to the workouts demonstrated.
