Kickboxing for Women Instructor: Sarah Tomsich Monday Nights, 6:00-7:00 p.m. Feb. 15 through May 24 Backed by high energy music, the Kickboxing workout incorporates kicks, punches, elbows and knees, and combinations used in martial arts and boxing. Beginners, as well as more advanced exercisers, can follow the combinations, burn fat, release stress, and have fun.
